He currently serves as Head of Production for Joy Entertainment and Senior Producer at Joy FM, both under the prestigious Multimedia Group. In these pivotal roles, Philip provides strategic oversight for content direction, creative production, and event execution for some of the nation’s most influential broadcast programs and entertainment experiences.
Philip is the visionary producer behind celebrated Joy FM programs such as Showbiz A-Z, Cosmopolitan Mix, and Drive Time. His extensive portfolio of event production includes hallmark national experiences like Skuuls Reunion, 90s Jam, and Party in the Park, as well as the broadcast production of major cultural showcases including the Ghana Music Awards, EMY Africa Awards, and the Global Citizen Festival 2022.
In 2024, Philip reaffirmed his industry leadership by spearheading Ghana’s first-ever Creative Arts Manifesto Debate — a landmark national policy dialogue that engaged key political parties on creative industry policy, amplifying the arts sector’s influence within national development discourse.
